You must ensure that:

(i)  all sections of the online application are fully completed and that you have printed down, signed and dated the summary sheet

(ii)  all required supporting documentation is submitted with the application.

If these two requirements are not met, the application will be considered incomplete and will not be accepted for processing. 

The onus is on you, the applicant, to ensure that your application is fully complete before submitting it to the Visa Office for consideration.  You should note that if you submit an incomplete application, it may result in your application being refused.
