Emergency Passports - Under exceptional circumstances, an Emergency Passport can be issued during office hours on the same day or the day after the application is submitted. European Union Emergency Travel Document: If a passport has been lost of stolen, an EU Emergency Travel Document may be issued under certain circumstances. This is valid for a single journey only and costs INR 1,100(€15).
